bringing sexy back (or try to)
finally made it to the gym today. WOOHOO! don't feel like such a sloth anymore. i barely fit my workout clothes though. almost cried for help while taking off my top! the spinning instructor was like "anyone with injuries or pain? any pregnancy?" dangit why does he have to call me out! then he made sure i was monitoring my heart rate. the class felt great! my heart rate ranged from 125-155 but usually around 140. good to be back on the saddle... and def great to be doing something active again!
after the class, i took a quick shower, ate a banana then headed home. but as i was passing stores, i had a hard time stopping myself from buying anything - muffins, chocolate croissant, cookies... i was starving!!! i had to jump into a cab so i could get home faster. good thing mik had dinner ready. i would have eaten whatever i could get my hands on. after dinner, i rewarded myself with ben & jerry's phish food. awww yeahhhhh. who am i kidding? even if i didn't workout, i would have still eaten it!
papa was a teeny bit worried about today's workout:
