glucose screening test results

since dr. dobrenis didn't call yesterday, i called the office at 9am.  eager to hear the results.  but they had to call me back so i was glued to my blackberry at work.  at around 10:30 while i was interviewing a candidate for my team, my phone started to ring.  i excused myself... i just had to answer this call.  WOOHOO! normal results from thursday's glucose screening test!  the nurse said i did "good".  i asked her what i got and she said 93.  i thought it was 93 out of 100 and i barely made it - but the abnormal blood value is greater than 140 mg/dL so i was far from it.  yay, one step closer to a natural birth. i'm soooo happy.  mik and i celebrated tonight by having nutella crepe and creme brulee. ;)  he said i should still watch my sugar intake. ok, sugar po po, will do...

on another note, yesterday i started practicing my peeing exercises: stopping mid-stream. i try to stop it 3-5 times while peeing.  i wonder if my coworkers think i'm a weirdo.
