maki's gym costs more than mine

we tried a free tiny tykes class at mygym last friday.  class age is 7-13 months.  there were only 5 babies in the class because of the holidays.  we did a lot of singing, playing, dancing...  most babies were with their nannies.  mik and i were the only parents until another mom came late to join her baby and nanny.  they weren't very friendly except for the 2 instructors.  i felt like a couple of nannies talked to each other but that was it.  strange.  but maki loved it.  he didn't want to get off the swing and kept crying everytime we got him out of it.  after the class, he was so hungry then slept for 2 1/2 hours!  all that workout got him so exhausted!  since they're waiving the $75 membership fee, we might have him join for a month or two.  it's $200 for 4 weeks -- only 1 class per week but we can go to all open play classes (any age can go).  it's more expensive than my gym membership at equinox!

maki's 3rd flight tomorrow.  we're flying to SF first then LA on the 29th.  at this rate, maki will be a jetsetter by the time he's 1 year old.  :)
